I’ve been coaching competitive travel baseball for the past year and currently serve as the Head Coach for the St. Pete Pelicans 12U team. I also assist with the 13U and 14U Pelicans teams, working closely with players to help them develop their skills and confidence at the next level.

In addition to my work with the Pelicans organization, I coach at Shorecrest Preparatory School, where I serve as both a Middle School and Varsity Assistant Coach.

Last season, I was an assistant coach for the Pelicans 12U team and had the incredible opportunity to travel with them to Cooperstown All-Star Village during the Summer of 2025 —an experience that was both rewarding and memorable.

I’m passionate about teaching the game the right way — emphasizing fundamentals, effort, and respect — while helping players grow as athletes and young men both on and off the field.

Looking for a travel team?
The St. Pete Pelicans are a youth baseball organization dedicated to developing well-rounded ballplayers on and off the field. We currently have five competitive teams ranging from 10U to 14U, with a strong focus on skill development, training, and growth at every level of the game.

Coaching Philosophy & Goals
Creating a great baseball experience
My goal is to develop confident, well-rounded baseball players who love the game. Every athlete is unique, so I focus on personalized development — improving fundamentals, baseball IQ, and mental toughness. I aim to make training both competitive and fun, creating an environment where players can grow, enjoy the process, and carry those lessons beyond the field.
